Quick question, at what age/months old did your little one first get a seasonal flu shot?
I myself, being 27 years old, have never gotten a flu shot, I have all my other vaccinations it’s just that the flu shot was always optional so my mother never made us get it and I’d say I’m pretty healthy and don’t get sick that often.
So I’m conflicted…

I don’t remember if he got one as an infant I feel like he did in the mix of his other shots. but I know he got one when he was one and 2. I think with them being so little I’d rather he get the shot than land in the hospital with influenza and/or worse. But that’s my opinion, no shame.

My daughter doesn't get a flu shot or any other unnecessary ones. She gets measle, polio, mumps, all major vaccines only necessary for school. She's not fully vaccinated & doesn't need to be until 4. She's gone to daycare since 10 months old & goes to one now that has a pre k in it/ I made sure they were comfortable with how I went about it. So I think she doesn't get a huge chunk of vaccines. Obv not COVID.
She's had 2 high fevers in her 3.5 years of life. That's all lol

I.e. everyone sounds sick or getting rsv or COVID right now etc. we, besides my parents who are vaccinated fully lol, are completely unaffected. It's been like this lol. Watching everyone else get sick like 👀 damn again??
