Any ideas about this rash?

Hi Hun, to me, it looks like Eczema, but as the above lady said, I would contact your GP to get a diagnosis.

My boy had this, we needed some antibiotic cream from the gp to bring it down and LO was scratching so much

Looks like eczema but please get it checked, my son had staph infection that initially looked like this

It could be impetigo which is highly contagious ( could have to been contracted from another child or toddler) but it can look similar to eczema. Be sure to keep everything in the house extra clean using towels and clothes only ones before washing making sure to use hypoallergenic detergents. But either this will need to be solved with prescription so get to GP asap.
