When to start buying things?
Has anyone start buying things for baby/nursery? If not, when are you planning to?
I want to buy things in increments to spread out the cost and am 18 weeks this week but don’t know if its too soon (EDD April 11th)

18w today. I’ve been collecting second-hand things from neighbors and friends since I found out I was pregnant. It’s been SO helpful - highly recommend getting on local FB groups for free stuff.
We’re starting to prep the nursery like cleaning it out, getting rid of the guest bed, and doing some painting. I’ll probably get furniture, but everything else I’m holding out until our shower.
I think this is a good time to start since we have energy for it now :)
My aunt actually got me a 4 in 1 graco pack n play it has a pack n play with the infant raiser then a bassinet and changing table on top!🥰 my fiance and I got clothes also for the little one from a friend he was helping❤️
After the anatomy scan
Same due date here! Once we found out the gender I couldn’t help buying some clothes, just bought a glider chair too. Otherwise I’m creating a registry and waiting for Black Friday sales!
I painted the nursery and just got a crib today. We also have tons of clothes already that my mom keeps buying us 😂
