Keep them upright after a feed which I'm sure you do, keep doing massages. We also used a babocush pillow it's designed for colic but it helped his belly so much the relief on his face when he went on it was instant. We picked it up off Facebook second hand for £30 and loved it so much! In the mean time you could also try carobel to thicken the milk so it doesn't come back up

I’ve found the warmer the milk the better and keep upright during and after feeds and always change nappies before feeds rather than after to prevent pressing on belly with a full belly! I actually read which I didn’t know myself, you shouldn’t lift babies legs to put nappies under them, you should roll them to side to side to get nappy under as lifting there legs puts pressure on a nerve in there back which causes reflux! Give it a try xx
