Anyone’s child fell as a baby and is fine?

I’m a first time mum to a nearly 6 month old (and a chronic over-thinker) my baby fell from the sofa today but appears to be fine. She only cried for about a minute. (I cried for about 30).

Did anyone else go through this and their child is fine now that their older?

I’m worried about long term brain damage or something…
