Cough remides
Anyone have any advice on how to help a cough. My sons cough has been really bad especially at night. Know cough medicine doesn't really help. Tia xxx

Keeping the room with a humidifier and purifier helped a lot. At night I would give her throat bee propolis to help the lingering cough. It took a little bit but it helped a lot.

Cut a red onion and place it just underneath his bed at night time it will help décongestion
Essential oil to rub on his chest
I do mix honey and lemon as sirup as well
Orange blossom water to stop fever
Spoonful of honey x
