Wearing makeup around baby
Hi!
I’m not sure if i’m being thick or just overly sensitive but do you wear makeup around your children? im a FTM and have a 3 month old and i’ve done my makeup twice, im scared to wear it incase it irritates his skin when i cuddle into him?
He doesn’t have sensitive skin that i’ve noticed and is fine with my skincare etc so i’m not sure if i’m over thinking it i just wondered what everyone else does?

I’ve worn makeup everyday since he was 3 weeks old and it’s been fine 🤷🏽♀️

I had the same concern when he was a newborn too, but never had any issues. His face just gets a little shimmer sometimes from my highlight/bronzer lol but has never caused irritation
Wear it Everyday, she has a morning nap, I have a quick shower, do my hair and makeup
I also wear it everyday x
I only wear eyeliner and nothing on my face or lips. She’s 14weeks old and I don’t “need to” wear make up so why expose such a sensitive and pure little human to something chemical like make up
I’m the same too, haven’t worn perfume either but like you said I do feel like it’s about time I got myself back together x
I do but I don’t rub my face near his when I do. Same with my face creams. I’m conscious in case it causes a reaction!
i’ve wore perfume once and sprayed it on my already falling out hair🤣 why are we like this haha
I've worn makeup since my little girls been born. I only wear concealer on the face and powder which does concern me. If I wore foundation I think I'd be more aware 😂 and then eyeliner and eyebrows but they don't touch her face x
