So I work at school as a teaching assistant and as I wa sin duty I was called polish bitch and stupid cow.I ve emailed my manager but he didn't reply..I m really annoyed because I try so hard at my work but I don't get any support..

Yes I would class it as racism whether it was a child or an adult it's unacceptable
That is completely unacceptable, please issue a formal complaint and follow it through. You should not be subject to hate speech
