Vomiting and diarrhea 36w

Anyone experienced random bouts of vomiting with no warning? I’ve been having diarrhea since last night but today I was about to leave the house and randomly threw up before I could make it to the trash can literally like 3 feet away and then again 2 more times. I was perfectly fine before and after like no cramps or nausea or anything?? Then I went to the zoo with my boyfriend and was fine for several hours no nausea or anything after we got home for over an hour (6 hours after the initial vomiting) I started throwing up again. I’m honestly so confused! I haven’t eaten anything abnormal or eaten out at all. Also my bf has eaten all of the same things I have and he hasn’t had either issue.

I’m 37 weeks and have had this on and off since 35. It just randomly happens and then everything is fine. Doctor tells me it’s just one of the joys. They said it’s not a sign of anything or anything to worry about.
