Spit up / vomit
My 10 week old the past two days hasn’t been eating as much and seems to be spitting up more than usual and having some vomit. He normally eats 4 ounces every 2-3 hours and he eats it happily. Now he’s barely getting 3 ounces down and going 3-4 hours. He’s gone from getting 28ish ounces a day to only 25ish the past two days. I’m getting nervous and not sure what I should do. He just vomited his last bottle and the vomit was yellow. Pic in comments. We’ve not changed his formula since he was 6 weeks and he’s currently on soy formula. He’s also not passing loose stools, they are firmer but not hard. Other than that he is acting totally fine.

He may also developed an allergy to soy. My youngest child did the same thing. I breastfeed him & supplement with formula. He is 8 weeks 5 days old. My youngest has a cow's milk protein allergy & Lactose allergy. They switched him to soy based formula. After like 4 weeks on it. He started doing that. They ran blood work & we found out he is allergic to soy based formulas too. As well as milk based formulas. I read online babies that are allergic to milk based formulas. 9 times out of 10 develop a soy milk allergy. This could be your little guy's issue. The Switched my sin to nutramigen formula after that & I changed my diet. For when I breastfeed him as well. He's been fine. You should talk to your child's pediatrician about it
I never even thought about it being a soy allergy. I wonder if that’s what it is. I have an appointment tomorrow for him so hopefully I get some answers and recommendations.
