I haven’t thought about this yet. Ours will be 7 months so he’ll probably just have some veg. What about some pinwheels like mini baby wellingtons? You could use filo pastry and minced mushroom cooked with herbs and spices and roasted carrot, then roll it up and bake

I’ve made our little one a lentil loaf before for a roast. It felt similar to a nut roast and she loved it. I can’t remember which recipe we based it off of. I know I adapted one I found online.

Something good could be a sweet potato casserole and for a protein source you could do seasoned Lentil loaf just for baby or you could do high protein dessert for after too like chia pudding or a no bake chcoclate cheese cake 😊 (wasn't sure how old your little is lol)
