Red dots under eyes
Just noticed the red dots under my toddler's eyes. Has anyone had something similar before I start going crazy?

Hey. Just looks like dry skin to me. Due to cold weather and heating being on it causes their skin to become dry and irritated. I would go pharmacy and ask for some advise as they can advise on dry skin issues x
