Nap !! 2 yr old what is going on !
Now 2 days In a row this child has slept less than an hour for nap she NEVER did that always at least hR 30 mins ! This girl and her lack of sleep is killing me ! She is battling a cold which has been since September very congested . And now coughing during sleep . I give Benadryl at night but not during the day z

Try zarbees cough and mucus for her, or kinder cough and mucus. They have daytime and night time. They also make natural chest rubs that can help too. But baby vicks I believe is safe for her if you don’t really care about the all natural stuff. But those things should help with her coughing waking her.
My son basically gave up naps not too long ago. It’s so tough. We still try but he fights it so much for us. At daycare they let him read books during nap time. So we do the same. Just a bit of calm time is good for them. Less stimulation. Sometimes he falls asleep but he definitely has FOMO so he hates to go to bed.
Turns out she has RSV , yesterday was rough , never napped . She was asleep last night by 6:00pm . Today she asked to take a nap and was asleep in 5 mins before 11 .
