Elevated hr

My resting heart rate is 89 ATM when it was 60 something pre pregnancy 🤣 I just walked to kitchen and back and it's 117 right now

😩 I asked the doctor why it’s so high she said listen as long as I don’t see 160 you fine lmfao 160 😩 oh my. Literally at night I feel fine.

Yer honestly I ignore my heartrate as it all shoots up as soon as I do anything. Our heart is having to do a lot of work ATM so it's definitely not surprising at all to see it be high 😊

119 and 106 can be just from walking.. that is truly not something to be worried about unless you are just constantly getting that reading while laying down in bed or just waking up in the morning. There’s also something called white coats syndrome, so if you were nervous about anything, or don’t like doctors in general, your heart rate can shoot up when getting your vitals taken. I get it pretty bad and even pre-pregnancy my blood pressure would be higher than it is normally when I’m in the doctor, but when I would get home, my blood pressure would be super low again.

Could be pp thyroiditis. If you notice it goes down later ( few weeks from now) and u feel sluggish then thats what it is.

Elevated hr in pregnancy is pretty normal. Ur luggin around a hefty baby + amniotic fluids + placenta.
