This has happened several times for quite awhile each time but my vision goes weird and swirly and black and it's almost like I'm passing out or going blind but I don't? I thought it was because I was hungry or dehydrated but it started happening even after I just ate and had been drinking plenty of water. Please help.

Have you checked your blood pressure? Vision changes are a big sign of it being higher.

I’ve been experiencing this too, and am right now lol.. I thought it was my blood sugar but I have a device that constantly monitors it and it’s fine right now so I’m not sure why it’s happening. My blood pressure is fine as well.
I have actually passed out twice when it got so bad but it more just happens for like 10-15 minutes then will go away.

Thats a sign of pre-eclampsia. I would get checked out immediately.

Call your doctor! This is a big sign of preeclampsia or high blood pressure and you should definitely get checked out just in case. I have gestational hypertension (not preeclampsia yet) but I’ve also been getting blurry vision and sometimes it blacks out for a few seconds. It’s definitely something to monitor with the doctor and I’d call sooner rather than later just to be safe

I don’t know what to do honestly since I did bring it up to my midwife at my last appointment and she had no response at all, just acted like I never even said anything about it. Just moved right along so I got the impression it was completely normal.

oh that’s so weird! If your blood pressure is okay it’s probably not as big of a concern, but so strange to me that she would just blow it off. At the very least I would think they would check your urine for protein and do blood work just to be sure. Especially if you’ve been passing out from it. I’m so sorry your midwife didn’t listen to you!
All the blood and urine tests have been completely normal and it's not blood pressure because I monitor that constantly! I'm just pretty concerned, especially with walking and driving.

they have been checking my urine every time I go in. It’s been wonky but I’m guessing not enough to warrant this idk
