Big babies and no tear/stitching?

I am very small and my baby was measuring the 87th percentile at 36 weeks which scared the 💩 out of me.
I delivered him vaginally on gas and air in just under 6 hours, actually pushing him out took 9 mins. I have had to have some minor internal stitches to my labia and vagina. He was 9 lb 1/2 oz and it went really well ☺️ You will be in good hands and listen to your body you got this! Xxx

So much so none of my newborn stuff fits him so i have had to put him in all his 0-3 stuff 🤣

awww amazing! Well done you! Mine was estimated at already 7lb9 at 36 weeks. Was at 93rd percentile but they are saying 85th now!

My little boy was estimated 7lb 14 at 36wk scan and was 9lb 1/2oz at birth xx
He’s actually a lot closer to the lower growth measurements my midwife did then any of my scans! I was very wary when I had my scans and they said he was big!

My first was 8.10lbs and I just had a ‘graze’ so you might be absolutely fine 🫶🏻
