What’s the best advice you can give to new mamas, mums to be etc?
Mine is to learn your babies cries and what the sounds mean! I found this a life changer and made my life so much easier🩷😅

My advice would be ‘your not alone, we all have good days and bad days! Don’t ever think your a bad mum because of a bad few hours.’ x

Don’t over spend on clothes they outgrow them way too fast 😂😭

love this 🩷

I know!! Money down the drain within the first month 🤣

Ask for help and take it. The hardest thing you can do is bring home a newborn let alone shut everyone out who’s offering to help. The help is there! Also love what Emma said, if you’re having a bad day or feeling crap and then feel guilty as everyone makes out having a baby is a perfect miracle… that’s the total crap. Having a baby is hard!! Talk about it, don’t hide away. X

love this!! Best thing I ever did was ask for help!🩷

If anyone ever offers you support don't turn it down!! Xx

Don’t be afraid to set boundaries!

Wake windows are great for tracking nap times. And it gets easier. The start doesn't have to be all happy and rosey, it's normal to dislike the whole change at the beginning. But you'll begin to love it after.
