I used to sit mine in bathroom in bouncer while i had a hot shower the steam supposed help or I'd use the vapour bubble bath from asda and snuffle babe at bedtime also used to prop up mattress apparently it helps.

Calpol plug ins helped my little boy x

There's also suction things you can buy that you pop on nose I think and suck it out, I've never tried them so can't say if they work x

Snuffle babe bubble bath is amazing, it’s helped my little girl many of times with a cold, I’m not sure how old your little one is but there’s snuffle babe rub - like the adult vics - that I used to rub on her chest and soles of her feet before putting her babygrow on at bedtime.
olbas oil drops on a muslin cloth and put it on a warm radiator which circulates it round the room (that’s even helped me a couple times when I can’t breathe in bed with a cold aha)

There’s also Calpol plug-ins which are meant to be good.

Second the calpol plug in! Also the nose frida snot sucker thing is amazing 😊

Okay I do this:
- steam up bathroom and spray eucalyptus spray
- spray nasal spray
- sit in bathroom / have a shower
- snot sucker (nasal aspirator)
- humidifier in room when asleep.

I’ve also heard of a few drops of breastmilk in the nose but haven’t tried that.

The above works wonders for congestion of my two littles.

I believe the plug in is 3+ months

We’ve always used saline to soften the boogers and mucus and then the Tommee tippee nasal aspiration to suck it all out. Works a treat!!

Eucalyptus drop on the Mattass or
On the tissue that she can breathe ( not too close to the baby’s
Nose ) and nasal drop

Asda little angels Vapour bath helped mine and snuffle babe drops

Cool mist humidifier

The calpol plug is really good and use the baby Vicks on chest back and bottom of feet also raise one side of the back of the crib or cot with a book or something x

Just keep a close eye on bubba my little
Girl was like this and kept coughing turned out she had bronchitis it’s going around at the moment 🤦🏻‍♀️x
