50/50 custody
Hey mamas. My husband and I are going through a separation right now and we have a 1.5 year old. We are currently doing 50/50 custody. We are doing the 2-2-3 split so that he doesn’t have to be away from either parents for long. Does anyone have any tips for jobs or child care ideas? I’m having a really hard time getting a schedule since every week the days I have my son alternates. Or if any moms have any other 50-50 custody schedules, they use please share.

Best thing would be that the child goes to the same place with both parents.
I've also seen nannies and nanny shares for this situations
Can you elaborate? It sounds like you're saying the best thing is to not be separated. And, yes, obviously that would be nice, but that's not the question and so I'm confused by your answer. I assume I'm missing a detail!
No I'm saying; both parents should take the child to the same provider
I understood your reply! Thank you! Although we are currently living an hour and a half apart and my MIL has always watched our son. So she will continue to watch him for my husband but I will need to either figure out work when I don’t have him or child care if I work on the days I have him.
