Claire’s ear piercings
Hi guys has anyone pierced their babies ears at Claire’s? My friend just did and recommends it but I’ve heard a lot of bad opinions. When buying a kit at Claire’s for baby can you choose from all the different piercings or only the baby and toddler ones as there are only 2 choices from baby and toddler. My little girl is 6 months and we’ll be taking her to get her ears done just before Christmas. I know Claire’s do I but I also found another place near us that do it if you guys don’t recommend Claire’s. Any good experiences with Claire’s or should I go else where ?

Piercing guns are the worst way to pierce. They barely get trained to pierce as well. If you're going to pierce I'd go to either a doctor practice that does it or an actual piercer that uses a needle instead.
So the training literally lasts 30 mins so it's not real training. Also piercing guns can shatter the ear tissue and cause nasty side effects. See if a piercing shop will do it with needles the safest and also most sanitary place to have it done. You never know what's been touched by grubby hands at Claire's
Tattoo/piercing shops! I know it sounds crazy, but they know what they’re doing. Not just some teens at the mall. These are pros and tattoo shops have to pass health codes etc so they are very clean.

Don’t do it. They practice on a teddy bear and I had someone tell me (who worked at Claire’s) not to do it. They lie to you
Please don’t risk it.
