Going off of when I normally ovulate (saying this I have had cycles that can be a few days early or a few days late but these tend to be 2-4 times a year), I should be 4dpo. I have got such strong pregnancy symptoms, my lower back is killing me, my tummy is really crampy, I keep getting frequent waves of nausea. Is this possible at 4dpo?! Has anyone else had this? Perhaps I ovulated earlier?! Or perhaps it’s nothing at all haha.

No it’s not possible at 4dpo, pregnancy is not the only reason to have cramps and nauseas so it could be something else

No, implantation happens 6DPO earliest and latest around 12DPO. Then it takes a couple of days for HCG to rise enough for you to notice any symptoms. If they are pregnancy symptoms then you will have ovulated earlier than you think and a pregnancy test will show positive. Good luck :)
