I do a tiny tiny bit at a time because my baby is the same! I definitely don’t get all of it in but most I think this way
Maybe try spoon feeding it
I put the calpol in the teat of a bottle and let her take it that way...she thinks it's milk then 😆 also if she is starting to eat solids try using the spoon she eats off x
We use the spoon, so much easier.
We give her an empty syringe to have in one hand and she lets us do calpol for now.. she went off milk when we tried to hide it in the milk or using a bottle teat. Spoon worked for a bit until it didn’t 🙈😂
Use a teat from your bottle and put a bit of calpol in at a time. Make it seem fun do silly hmmm strawberry delicious
I spoon feed mine, if hes being fussy ill put him in the highchair and he thinks its food 😆
My son was like this to the point he would physically choke. Now we let him suck the syringe and put in tiny bits at a time
I tried Nurofen as my son was the same. He prefers this much more! X
I use a spoon for my baby she was exactly the same 🙊 or I used to get a medicine cup or a even bowl and just wipe her dummy in it and then give her it back and forth that seemed to work. Little monkeys x
I put it in my little girls bottle or mix it in her food Xx
We had the same problem issue .. we successfully gave a dose on the spoon last night and he drank it off of it!
I use an empty teat from her bottle...
I let my LO hold the syringe and she automatically puts it in her mouth and I just do it bit by bit! Nurofen seems to have gone down better than the Calpol though, the orange flavour x

Put a little bit in his mouth at a time and blow on his face, will give him a little shock and he should swallow it right up. Works for me every time! 😆
If you formula feed/bottle feed I put it in her milk- it’s the only way for us xx
