Pumping

I return to work next month and my little boy is nearly 11 months old I’ve exclusively pumped this whole time, I really want to stop expressing before my return to work but I’m struggling on how to do so, any ideas? I’ve currently cut out a pump and have started to decrease my pumping times but I keep developing lumps which are so uncomfortable 🙁
