My sweet baby boy is two months old already and nobody warned me how fast time would fly by. I can’t believe my little 6 lb 8 oz baby boy who was in preemie clothes is already coming up on 11 lbs. He will forever be that tiny little boy in my eyes. (Photo in comments of the first day he was home)

@Rebekah Excuse my lack of knowledge but I keep seeing these 'dummys'? I've tried Googling them but don't know how to search for something I don't know the name of, I don't know what they are, are they just dummys? Why do they look so different? Thank you x

No worries!! The literal name for them is Pacifier, but I see so many nicknames used everywhere (including dummy)! This specific one is a Phillips Avent Newborn Pacifier we received from the hospital. He loved this one until he was about 2 weeks old and then randomly switched to the Nuk Pacifier. They help a lot with the sucking reflex for calming. there are SO many different styles too, so I would definitely recommend looking into which one is best for your little one’s age & for your method of feeding 🫶🏼

@Rebekah Thank you, I've tried Googling it & still getting the ones I'm used to seeing, can't find these, I wonder if they're not available in the UK 🤷🏽♀️ xx

here is a link for Amazon! The base looks different but the nipple is the same shape, I hope this helps but it could be possible it’s only available in the US 🥹 Philips AVENT Soothie Pacifier, Pink/Purple, 0-3 Months, 4 Pack, SCF190/42 https://a.co/d/dS0KWba

@Rebekah Thank you, looks like I can buy from Amazon but yeah when I Google that name now it comes up in dollars so I think they're more known in America than here. I've never seen one in person lol xx

Adorable! I also can't believe how quick time is flying by!

They grow super fast because they eat so day! Lol

4 ounces every 3-4 hours!! We had another appointment today for his vaccines (one week after his 2 month well check) and he’s already at 11 lbs 8oz 😅
