Stuff he will need for the upcoming months! Getting all his weaning stuff, a few developmental toys, clothes! Also not going overboard as I know being his first Christmas grandparents and other family members will want to get loads too!

i’ve only bought 5 gifts and they’re all educational/sensory toys, so ive got a fisher price roller thing, the cube that you put the shapes in, i’ve bought a fisher price chair so she can sit on the worktops and watch me do things when she’s older!

Nothing … because I know my mum will buy her loads 🤣!
My eldest is two now and this is the first year he’s actually showing interest x

Thank you!! I’m only getting her a couple of things as-well as I know she’ll be so spoiled off everyone in the family too! I’ve got her some little sensory bits but they all keep asking me what they could get her and I’m like I’m not actually too sure🤣X

Same as most of the others, I may even wrap up some of her toys she already has so she has something to do for Christmas as my family and my partner’s parents will spoil her.

High risk

I’m considered high risk because I was fully dilated when I had an emergency C-section with my first and there’s risks I could go into pre term labour so I have cervical length scans every 2 weeks between 16-22/24 and I’m aloud to try for a vbac if I go into spontaneous labour by 40 weeks but I’ll have a planned C-section booked for week 40 ( which I’m really hoping doesn’t happen )Just wondering if anyone else had similar experiences I’m just very overwhelmed and hoping people have maybe had a good successful full term pregnancy & birth despite what IVE previously mentioned x

Middle name

We are fairly convinced we’ve decided on baby girls first name - Josephine (Josie) - but struggling for a middle name.

We’ve already got a boy Oziah (Ozzy) Sampson, and a girl Cassandra (Cassie) Evangeline. Last name beginning with E

Also open to other options all together as backups 😅

12 week blood test

Hi, I had the blood test at 12 weeks to check for ds and it’s being over 2 weeks now and I haven’t had a letter or a call saying the results, now I guess I will take that as good news but part of me not knowing still wants to chase🤣 does anyone know if I contacted my midwife she would be able to access if they have come back? Or should I just wait until my 16 week appointment to see🫣

Help! Share your thoughts

Hello ladies 🤍

At my 20-week anatomy scan, everything was normal and my baby’s femur length was around the 75th percentile.

Now at 35 weeks, the femur length measured 6.34 cm and dropped to the 3rd percentile (about 2.5 weeks behind). I’m honestly feeling really anxious about it.

My doctor reassured me that everything else looks normal — head and abdominal measurements are on track, and the overall proportions (including abdomen-to-leg ratio) look normal too. They said it’s likely just that the baby has shorter legs and nothing concerning.

Still, I can’t help but worry 🥺 Has anyone experienced something similar? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences.

Thank you so much 🤍
