Safe medications
Many of us are sick or have little who will get us sick. Thought I’d share this from my practice. I asked for a list knowing my toddler will likely get me sick again at some point!

Thank you! Last pregnancy i asked the pharmacist when I had a bad cold and she told me ONLY a nasal saline spray and nothing else. I never felt like the spray did anything so I was just miserable the whole time
