One boob not filling up
I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 4.5week old boy. The last few days my right boob hasn't been filling up anything like my left has.
Previously I was alternating sides but to help I started always offering Right side first. This doesn't seem to have helped and now the last couple of feeds he has refused to latch on the right (just cries instead) or latches and comes off quickly. Presumably because he's not getting much and wants the other side (which I eventually give because I want him to feed).
What can I do?! I'm really worried 😟

Have you tried to pump that side to see how much comes out?
One side is usually a better producer. I exclusively pump and my right produces double the left, and that’s with me working on getting the left up too!! Maybe try offering it second so he’s not as hungry, maybe he’ll stay on longer instead of getting frustrated? You can massage/hand express a bit to get the milk flowing before he latches too. If you have a pump, pump on that side if he won’t drink from it, should help bring your supply up
