How many ounces to provide if will be gone for 12 hours
I’m not sure how many ounces of expressed breast milk to provide for my 2 month old if I’ll be gone for around 12 hours? I don’t want to waste too much if I can help it!

I’d give Atleast 12oz, 15oz to be safe.
I read that they need 1-1.5 oz an hr.
1-1.5oz per hour you’re gone
Thanks all. He’ll now be staying at my MIL overnight so that I only need to get my toddler sorted and to nursery before my keep in touch day at work, would you apply the same rule for overnight too? He usually feeds on me twice during the night (midnight, then 4ish)
