Teething solutions! Is anbesol liquid the best thing?

My little girl has 12 teeth, she’s got her fangs and back molars yet to come through. She’s actually be pretty chill with the first 12, bits of unsettlement here and there but handled them well, but she’s struggling at the moment 😢 she’s really fussy, agitated, not eating much and waking frequently 😢 poor thing! I’ve been giving teething powder and calpol when needed but now I’m thinking of trying something else as it’s awful seeing her suffer and it’s making me feel like a failure seeing her upset/unhappy! I’ve heard anbusol is good. If you’ve tried it, is gel or liquid best? Thank you 🙏🏼 can’t wait until all these teeth are through!!! X
