Help!

My daughter is turning 14 months old soon and won’t pull up. She will put pressure on her legs but she will not stand by herself and when she does stand one foot goes out to the side more. It’s almost like she has no muscle in one of her legs. I’ve noticed her feet turn purple and are cold to the touch as well. I’ve brought it up to her peds and they checked her oxygen and ran test but all came back normal. Please help. Has anyone has anything similar happen.
