I’m currently on my way to court for this. I made the mistake of allowing my ex to take our son 1000 miles away, now he’s using my son as a way to have control over me. Refusing to let me have him at times and barely giving me any information about how he’s doing. For yours and the baby’s sake, do not let her go. ❤️

lawyer absolutely necessary but make sure they’re good and have experience! My first lawyer was terrible and we ended up having to split the time two weeks on two weeks off between states starting when my daughter was 6 months old. It was soooo hard. Best of luck to you!

Please please get an experienced attorney. I am still fighting 2 years later to divorce my abusinve husband who never wanted to care for the kids and started lying just to get joint custody between 2 states 10 hours away, in order to get reduced child support. Also PLEASE REMEMBER, The tinder years law is GONE! that is how these men are able to play the system and request more time then drop the kids off somewhere during there time and capitalize off if the child support deviation. These days the courts will split the time between bith parents of a NURSING INFant!!!!!!! So beware

If the dad has any addictions or duis use it against him!!!
