Picky Eater ➡️ Constipation

My 2yo has become a picky eater, and it’s a battle to convince her to eat vegetables. I get her pouches with kale and broccoli, but it isn’t enough. She likes water, but isn’t always interested in drinking it. This of course means she is periodically constipated. I put spinach in her quesadilla the other day and she didn’t notice but it didn’t help. I was wondering if there was a food, maybe like flax seed, that i can sneak in to her food that will get her digestion moving?

maybe try making it a sauce and adding it to noodles or something my daughters becoming picky too she loves veggies! but i’m having trouble with her eating any meals even when we go out

For nutrients and fat at least I sneak hemp hearts (seeds) into my little guys rice that should also help with digestion. Anything with fiber so fruits and smoothies

I started giving my daughter a little bit of dissolved magnesium powder in juice/water every other day. It's made world of a difference. Adding fiber never seemed to help her in comparison. Double check with your pediatrician if they would recommend trying that approach.
