@Eri 💕 lovely thank you, I'll check it out! X
Not sure if it’ll be the same reason but when I was pregnant with my daughter I was taking the pregnacare vitamins and I noticed that if I didn’t take them on a full stomach that I would feel AWFUL. Pretty much what you’re describing! I mentioned this to my midwife and she said they needed to be taken after food so started this and I felt so much better on them x
I recommend Concieve plus. I have PCOS and I had a period every month when taking the ovulation and fertility support for women ones. It took a few months and I had 6 miscarriages, but I think these vitamins helped me ovulate regularly and eventually I fell pregnant in January 2023. My baby is 7 weeks old tomorrow xx
@Samantha yeah i always took them after dinner as per the instructions so maybe I'm a bit sensitive to them? I'm not really sure!
Yeah could just be irritating your stomach! I have heard good things about conceive plus if you’re able to get some of those
@Jessica, thank you for sharing this. I'll definitely have a look into this one. It's been a frustrating almost 4 years, I'm very regular and have had all the tests at the infertility unit and everything is fine so I am now waiting for IVF. Just wanted to do what I can in the meantime in hopes I'll fall pregnant before then. Thanks for your help x
I took Proceive conception before pregnancy they have pills and a drink which is the “max” formula I did the pills for 3months and the drink a month before. Good Luck!!! https://proceive.com
