Get the morning after pill to be on the safe side. Can you not go to a pharmacy and get it tomorrow?
@Alley I mean because it’s Sunday tomorrow and because it’s 11pm here (I’m in UK) I don’t think I’d get it tomorrow if I ordered now, I think I’ll still order and take it when I get it🤞🏻 Thankyou xx
@Dianne oh can I go to any pharmacy and ask for it? I’ll do that then, Thankyou 🤞🏻 xx
Papaya has enzymes that can break down sperm. Consuming high amounts of vit c can decrease progesterone which will reduce pregnancy. I PERSONALLY used this method for years until my husband and I decided to have a baby. It worked for me but I had to be super persistent about it. I am a fertility awareness specialist, so I'm not just throwing shit out there. I studied natural birth control methods for almost 6 years and used my personal experiences as experiments. You can do what you want with this information.
For vit c, fresh parsley tea is the best option.
You can go into the pharmacy in person and get the morning after pill 7 days a week in the UK
Goto a pharmacy to buy one today.. Although I did this the same day 1 time when I was 19 and got pregnant anyways.. If you're pregnant, you're pregnant. That pill won't stop it. If it was yesterday or the day before, it may already be too late to try and prevent a pregnancy hunn. Monday is definitely too far away. Purchase a pregnancy test instead tbh
So you ate papaya right after having sex or in the morning? And would orange juice work as Vitamin C as well ? @Aura
@Carina whenever I could get it after but within 24h, and eat as much as possible for like 3 days. And yes to orange juice but I would do fresh squeezed and organic!
Get the morning after pill…I was tracking my cycle naturally using Flo and I am now 20 weeks pregnant 😂 so better to be safe then sorry and start using contraception
@Leah I’m going to get it today definitely & will be getting the coil fitted soon too🤞🏻 xx
A lot of people are suggesting the morning after pill and I just want to point out that the morning after pill does NOT work if you have already ovulated! Which it seems like it might be the case if you were previously high chance. The morning after pill works by preventing or delaying ovulation, so it won’t work if you already did. However, cycle tracking apps aren’t 100% accurate. Assuming you don’t track your ovulation I’d still take the pill in case you ovulated later than predicted.
@Sara great point!
@Sara oh so the morning after pill has less chance of working if you’ve ovulated already? I’m going to get it today and take it anyway so hoping it works🤞🏻 my periods are quite irregular (normally later than Flo predicts each month) xx
I would get the morning after pill however I would take it right away to be most effective. You can only get it Monday?
