Ovulation after D&C

I had my d and c on 22nd November for missed miscarriage. Bleeding/spotting finally stopped on day 15 (Thursday) after being off and on since the procedure. Pregnancy tests still positive but very faint lines. Did an ovulation test today as had white discharge that you usually get but that was negative too. Just really want my body to start regulating again. I know it's still early after my procedure, but I just want my period so we can start trying again. Is it too early to be ovulating still and when should I expect my period? Thanks girls x

Hey - so sorry you had to go through this. It super varies, mine took 3 months to come back but most people say 4-6 weeks. If it helps you can get a blood level checked after you test negative at home. You probably won’t have that long a wait! But it can happen 🤗 good luck 🍀

I ovulated less than a week after the bleeding fully stopped, my pregnancy tests were still slightly positive when I ovulated. My period then arrived 2 weeks later.
It’s different for everyone but most say period within 4-6 weeks x

I had a miscarriage on 27th November and bled for a week and a half. I had a flashing smiley on the clearblue ovulation test yesterday which means I will probably have my peak on Tuesday/ Wednesday. This would be 16 days after I started bleeding which is normal for me. It’s worth noting though that I was only 7 weeks pregnant and did not have a D&C so I think it can take a bit longer if you have a D&C but everyone is different. Good luck ❤️

@Bethan good to know. Yeah mine was 7 weeks 2 days but I didn't find out until my 12 week scan so may take a bit longer as it wasn't natural. But I'm hoping and praying it happens soon. Good luck to you too x

Ovulation test

Please please someone clarify if this test is positive. Im pretty sure it is but Im in disbelief at the minute I haven’t ovulated in 8 months. I feel like crying lol. When is the best time to have sex?

Can baby mamas be friends?

My son has an older brother from his biodad. Biodad has never had contact with my son. One thing lead to another though and the other child's mother and I got in contact and are planning a meeting for the boys. Biodad has no idea any of this has happened. Biodad also hasnt had contact with the other child in about 2 years. Just thoughts, opinions, anyone been through something similar?
Edit-Thank you all! Have definitely been feeling somewhat weird about it because we never met before but now know it can be a good thing definitely helps. I can't wait for them to meet. My son has been asking for a brother and I can now happily tell him he has one. That just happens to be 13. Im sorry for yall that fight/have issues with the other baby mamas. Sadly some women rather be stuck on the men, when the kid is the one who really matters. They're the ones that end up getting hurt and missing out.

Is it normal to test positive still? (Wouldn't usually do one)

Not the best pic and clearer in person. Is this normal? I've not had any sex since having my LO but I've had strong cravings, sense of smell is strong and my hair still hasnt started to fall out. Im 7 weeks pp so 🤷‍♀️ I wouldnt normally bother testing but with those symptoms that I never really have its like whats going on. Cravings for something very specific too and can only get from KFC now 😩 so its annoying

Ovulation test

I know this group is for pregnancy test but just want to double check this ovulation test is positive. I haven’t had a positive ovulation test in months and months I think Im gonna cry. When is best to have sex after a positive ovulation test and how likely is it to get pregnant?

When did you get a strong positive?

Tested last Friday got a positive faint did a digital said 1-2 weeks which would be about right 4 weeks at the time. Did another this morning still faint…. Slightly worried about it being chemical if it isn’t getting darker. Should I be using all the same type tests?

Any ideas what’s happening with my temp?

Thought I had ovulated but now I’m not so sure, I didn’t record my temp on a couple of days because I’ve been unwell with a fever so it was a lot higher than it should of been
