Hypnobirthing

I loved the hypnobirthing course I did. I went one-to-one with Calm Womxn (Jubi is her name). She used to be a midwife at the Rotunda. She does group classes too and often has Q&A evenings. It made a huge difference to us during the labour. You learn a lot about advocating for yourself, as well as the hypnobirthing process itself.

Ah, she changed her handle name. Here she is. She’s absolutely lovely, I couldn’t recommend her enough.
