Can we take Strepsils when pregnant?
If not, what safe remedies can you recommend to a very very congested, headachy person (me) with sore throat - beyond paracetamol? 🙏

No you can’t. The only thing you can take is tunes or soothers to help sore throats.

Gargling salt water for the sore throat
Saline nasal spray and Breathe Right strips for the congestion

You can, but they won't help with the congestion or headache, just the sore throat
My partner bought me the medicated anesthetic/antiseptic ones and it says on the box not to take them if you're pregnant.
I ate soooo much honey, I had it by my bed in the end haha!
You can't take any decongestants. Some vicks and paracetamol maybe some throat sweets providing they're not medicated ones x
