Pregnant on the pill question

Those who got pregnant while on the pill, what were your symptoms? What were the circumstances(if you don’t mind sharing eg, was throwing up or started the new box late). When did you test? Did you still have withdrawal bleeding when you took the sugar pills? Thanks ☺️

First two pregnancies were on the pill and my symptoms were making my side effects of the pill non existent and everything tasting like metallic dish water 🤮

I tested 10 days before and was a strong positive. I told my doctor it was within 5 days so they sent me to do bloods straight away instead of waiting.
