So I’m aware that it may be torticollis, and I’ll most likely contact the HV & GP after Christmas about it… but does anyone know what I can do to help with LOs head constantly tilting to one side? (Usually left side)

I did quite a bit of research on this is my little one’s first weeks and did the exercises on this link - he was using both sides equally within about a week or so!

I did same as above, just need to do the exercises daily x
thank you so much ❤️ I’ll try this out 😊 I’m hoping with him being 4 months Ive not left it too late!

My baby has a head tilt too and a right side gaze preference. GP didn't seem worried about it, but insisted and he referred us to a pediatrician. Just waiting for our appointment. For now just doing some side flexion and rotation stretches which I googled. Also made sure to position his head to the non preferred side when sleeping, placing toys on the left and approaching him from the non preferred side.

If it's just turning more to one side then yes do the exercises above, if it's a tilt (so chin and forehead are diagonal) then it will probably need more - tilts are more difficult to treat the older they get.
