Yeah I think so I only had one ball of it before I realised but I was reading somewhere online, you supposed to avoid sage and stuffing
I’m wondering if it’s technically raw or if it’s just dried out and then rehydrated I’m not too sure
I googled it. So sage is due to certain varieties maybe bringing on a period. And the whole stuffing thing is due to food poisoning. Honestly, there is not enough sage in that stuffing to do anything and boiling water will kill the bacteria in the package. It’s not raw, but not cooking it is nasty, why didn’t she stick it in the oven?!
I ate so much stuffing in pregnancy because I was craving whole carvery’s. I had a carvery three times a week for like 7 weeks.
My mum only used to do stuffing with water, never made any of us sick. The ingredients are all dried and by adding water you are rehydrating them. Shouldn't cause any issues at all.
Is it paxo, it’s made with boiling water so you’re fine. But honestly, it would taste better cooked in the oven 🤢
