Maternity clothes

It’s most likely bloating. I was bigger in my first trimester than I was in my second due to bloating

Definitely recommend some maternity leggings! Currently at 33 weeks and practically living in them when I’m not at work.

I don’t think you really need maternity clothes until the 3rd trimester

any specific recommendations? I ordered 2 pairs on Amazon earlier this week but they haven’t come yet.

I get stretchy clothes I can still wear after birth or the maternity jeans that don’t look like maternity jeans (stretchy on the waist and not the pouch looking thing)

Defo get some comfy/stretchy clothes that you feel good in now and can wear throughout your pregnancy! The bloat is reaaaal

I have the buttergene brand off of Amazon and absolutely love them! Super stretchy so I don’t feel squished and so soft, I have been layering them under my jeans and sweatpants for work (I work outside 3rd shift)

Yea, you really don’t need maternity clothes in the first trimester. It’s been hard not to buy cute maternity clothes rn (I’m 6.5 weeks along), but I’m staying away for now… I’ve just been wearing my slightly oversized stuff.

I’ve bought dress pants on Shein that aren’t maternity but have a stretchy waist band and I can grow into them. I did buy maternity shirts at Walmart. Super comfy and cheap. I am not going crazy buying but I know I am going to grow.So maybe look for more stretchy material so you can wear after birth as well.

I’m currently wearing my jeans unbuttoned as they are too tight (I’m 8 weeks 4 days) this is my 3rd pregnancy so I could be showing sooner than my last two. With both previous pregnancies I was in maternity pants by 2nd trimester and I’m sure in two more weeks I’ll be busting out my maternity jeans and leggings
