FTM third trimester

I’m going to be honest. I usually struggle with activity-induced asthma. But I’m at week 28 on Monday, and I am at the point in which I can’t walk around the mall because I’m easily winded, exhausted, and I feel huge. I used to see posts like this and not be able to empathize. But now I’m here and it’s so weird feeling like I’m dependent on my husband for more help than ever. What is everyone else’s experience with this adjustment? TIA

I’m 29 weeks and mama I feel the same way. I had energy to clean my house the other day so I did and set myself into contractions (I’m fine and didn’t go into labor) but don’t feel bad because your body is telling you to relax and slow down. We have made it this far and you’re doing amazing ♥️

I’m 31 weeks and everything causes my back to hurt and I’m so tired so fast. I also can’t carry anything heavier than a gallon of milk without shooting pain in my crotch.

I feel you. I work as a nurse in a peds rehab, need to lift stuff all the time and walk a lot. Even tho people are always trying to help me with heavy things, it’s inevitable to not do certain things. My back is terrible these days.
