Has anyone switched from Nutramigen to Neocate and noticed a positive difference ? If so how long did it take to see a change? My LG started on Nutramigen but after 5 weeks her symptoms are returning so gp has switched her to neocate which we start Tuesday once I collect prescription. I'm desperate to help her she's in so much distress when feeding, pain, riving at her face and eyes, crying x

Same I canβt wait to pick my sons prescription up on Tuesday morning

aw is he still having issues too even after Nutramigen?

It breaks my heart for him xx

Ahh poor baby and poor you! It's so hard seeing them like this and being helpless to an extent. My LOs skin isn't as bad as your boys π’ I hope the new formula helps him ππ

My little one was on nutramigen - what the doctors don't tell you is this formula still contains milk. Moving my son to neocate was the best move and he is a totally different baby within 2 days xx

ah so pleased for you and your little boy π Can I ask what his symptoms were while on Nutramigen? My main concern with my LG is she seems in alot of pain still while feeding and she's riving at her face and eyes during feeds and crying distressed xx

I must say his symptoms weren't as severe as some, but he just cried 24/7. And then had blood in one of his mucus poo's. X

ah that's good. My little girls aren't severe but she's just so miserable bless her. Was he much happier after starting neocate? Did it cause him reflux as I've heard that's a side effect as it's thinner? X

@Jane I would definitely recommend neocate then π he was so much happier on it. He's not suffered with reflux at all but maybe if your LO does - try mixing carobel in with it? Xx

My little girl has been on neocate for 5 days now and her symptoms have nearly cleared up now
Although she's also having gaviscon as both the nutramigen and neocate havw given her bad reflux π©
