So I’m 12 weeks and feel so behind and unprepared. Can anyone advise on when they started to buy and what they bought? This is my first so feel like I’m a fish out of water.

Whenever you want to! My baby was due in April so I got a few things in Black Friday sales. Whenever you feel comfortable or ready or as you see things you want. It’s good to space the cost out.

I’m 23 weeks and I just started buying

Don’t want to start buying too early but it’s so expensive so keep thinking the earlier the better 🤦♀️

I also have a list of bathing things, clothing(sleepers, onesies, footsies, pants, socks, beanie and mittens)from NB,0-3M,3-6M,6-9M, car seat, stroller, first aid things, cabinet safety latches, bottles and nipples replacement all from slow, med, fast flow. Pumps, storage packages for milk, milk warmer. Bassinet. Receiving blankets.

I started around 25 weeks. I was having a big baby so i bought 0-3 vests and sleep suits. Pram travel set, steriliser, MAM bottles, stock piled a years supply of wet wipes, i got plenty of nappies in sizes 1/2/3 hooded bath towels, baby bath, i got a few bottles of pre made milk. I didn't bother with a bassinet, i got a cot bed instead. Thermometer, pram suit, baby nail clippers, a load of bibs and muslin cloths, bouncer, play mat.
I highly recommend the little pickles market in cwmbran stadium if you dont mind second hand.

I’m 29 weeks and haven’t really started buying yet, plenty of time

I didn’t start until 30 weeks 🙈
