Prenatal

How affective can a prenatal be if I’m opening the horse pill & not swallowing the entire pill?

If your are having difficulty with this prenatal maybe try a different one or a gummy prenatal. There are some that are small but you might have to take it twice a day instead of once depending on the brand.

I struggle with prenatal vitamin pills. They make me so nauseous for some reason. I take folic acid and B6. Then I take a prenatal gummie that doesn't make me sick. I found the gummies on Amazon. If you are taking the powder you should be good. There is nothing in the "capsule".

I do the same as
I got my folic vitamin B from the vitamin store & I use cvs prenatal raspberry lemonade flavored 😋 my doc never said 1 prenatal is better than the other or prescribed me anything I think it’s what u think ur body need that’s actually why I went to the vitamin store because I noticed the prenatal didn’t have as much folic acid as I wanted & I could definitely use the energy from the vitamin b lol but I kno ppl that didn’t take hardly any prenatals & they kids are very smart & beautiful

Thank you girls this helps a lot! I will definitely take folic acid & look into prenatal gummies as an addition!

Baby movements

So I’m now officially 22 weeks pregnant with baby number 2 and I’m still yet to feel him move. I had my 20 week scan not last week but the week before and everything seemed fine but have a repeat scan tomorrow due to not getting a proper measurement of his face. I’ve been told I have an anterior placenta too. Should I start getting worried yet ?? With my first baby my placenta was at the back and I felt him move around the 20 week mark. I’m just really paranoid as I have fertility issues as it is and have had miscarriages in the past and I’m classed as a high risk pregnancy with this one as I have strep B and I had gestational hypertension and pre eclampsia with my first baby so I’m on shared care with this pregnancy and I’m also on aspirin too which was prescribed by the hospital to take to prevent with this pregnancy.

Is everyone just done now and ready for baby or not there yet?

If you’ve had enough and ready how far along are you?

I’m 37 weeks and starting to get more uncomfortable but enjoying it generally not at the end of my tether yet but I fear it may be just around the corner according to everyone else? Haha
