Haven’t bought a thing yet!

Just realised that I have 15 weeks until my due date and I haven’t bought one thing yet for baby!
This little one will be my second so I already have a pram, next to me, unisex newborn clothes (we haven’t found out the gender) etc but it’s made me feel nervous. Anyone else as unprepared as me? 🤣

It's my first and it sounds like I've only got the things you've mentioned! It all feels a bit overwhelming!

Absolutely no panic, you have almost 4 months which is loads of time. You have the main bits that need researched and thought out the most, the rest you'll be able to get closer to the time or even when baby gets here.

I've found making lists gets alot of the panic feeling out from my head so I at least feel more organised than having literally zero done if that makes sense?

Im so unprepared too. Ive got 14 weeks left, my house is a bomb site and so many people have bought us things ive lost track of what I actually need to get but I need the house to be sorted before I can start organising things.

And with us both working full time theres only really the weekends we have to get stuff done which limits time more

It’s my second and you have more than me 😅 I don’t have any newborn unisex stuff yet (also not finding out the gender) I thought I’d get this all sorted in Feb! I don’t have the space to have things up and ready at the moment so leaving it closer to the time. I think because it’s my second I’m feeling a lot more relaxed as have the basics (cot/pram/car seat) just need to get it all out of storage!

Baby movements

So I’m now officially 22 weeks pregnant with baby number 2 and I’m still yet to feel him move. I had my 20 week scan not last week but the week before and everything seemed fine but have a repeat scan tomorrow due to not getting a proper measurement of his face. I’ve been told I have an anterior placenta too. Should I start getting worried yet ?? With my first baby my placenta was at the back and I felt him move around the 20 week mark. I’m just really paranoid as I have fertility issues as it is and have had miscarriages in the past and I’m classed as a high risk pregnancy with this one as I have strep B and I had gestational hypertension and pre eclampsia with my first baby so I’m on shared care with this pregnancy and I’m also on aspirin too which was prescribed by the hospital to take to prevent with this pregnancy.

Is everyone just done now and ready for baby or not there yet?

If you’ve had enough and ready how far along are you?

I’m 37 weeks and starting to get more uncomfortable but enjoying it generally not at the end of my tether yet but I fear it may be just around the corner according to everyone else? Haha
