2ww is far too soon for any type of milk to come in. I never even leaked colostrum until after my baby was born. If you have a milk blister while not breastfeeding, it may be an infection. I’d encourage you to see a doctor as an infection while pregnant isn’t good so it’s better to be proactive while TTC.
That's what I thought but with Christmas can't get to see the doctor was about brest cancer because I've never had one
