What are you dressing your baby in for sleep?

Just wondering what you guys are dressing your baby in for sleep. I’m trying to follow the guidelines but it feels as if my baby is running cold. Our room is around 19-20 and I currently have her in a vest, sleepsuit and a love to dream transition bag which is what their website says other than I have added socks too. I can’t help but feel she is not warm enough! Her hands and cheeks are cold to the touch and whenever I put her in bed with me (to breastfeed back to sleep) she gets so toasty and warm and I feel is a much calmer sleeper. As soon as I put her back in her crib she’s waving her arms and legs about. This may not be linked to her feeling cold as she has only started doing this the past few weeks and I’ve seen many posts about it on here so could be developmental. Anyone else feel the guidelines aren’t right for their baby and they need extra layers? I’m going to try a 2.5 tog sleeping bag tomorrow night with arms out and see how she does

Our room is 19-20 each night, she’s in a short sleeve vest, sleepsuit & 2.5 tog grow-bag. Some nights she will sleep 6 hours, others 8 hours, and if I’m really lucky 12!
Her hands were always cold to touch , but I was advised that’s because babies can’t regulate their temperatures themselves to start with… she’s 4 months now and there’s a difference for sure so depending on LOs age could be a factor!? I always worry about her being ‘too hot’ and the risks there so prefer to be following the guidelines x
I find she thrashes about when she’s on her own, never does it with contact naps! X

My little one has a short sleeve vest, sleepsuit and a 2.5tog bag. And our rooms is around the same temperature, it does dip to around 17/18. His hands we’re always cold which would wake him up, so i cover his hands with the scratch mits.
He doesn’t tend to thrash his arms and legs around soo much, his legs go up and down a lot but that’s him trying to self soothe.
In the day my little one hates wearing clothes but at night he’s happy to be in a couple layers, he clearly likes his sleep 😂 x

My lo is 4 months and our room sits around 14-15 degrees. My lo has a long sleeve vest, sleepsuit, 3.5 tog sleeping bag and a thin blanket over her. I also put socks over her hands to keep them a little warmer (she pulls the scratch mitts off). Their hands will often be cold though because they can’t regulate their temperature very well. As long as their chest and back are warm they are warm.

Bedroom is 18 Deg, and LO wears a long sleeve vest and 2.5 tog sleeping bag as per guidance. Definitely on the cooler side so we pop on some mittens to keep his hands warm

Our room is around 17-18c and he wears a long sleeve baby grow and 2.5 tog sleep bag. Or sometimes a vest, long sleeve baby grow and a 1.5 tog bag. He's generally a warmer baby but his hands are always cold whatever I do, it doesn't seem to bother him.

My room is 20-22 degrees. We have her in a long sleeved sleepsuit and she sleeps happily like this. She has a blanket but always kicks it off.
