FTM, first time pregnant, I don't know which way is up

Hi! Brisbane mum, are there any other FTM that feel like every new symptom is big and scary but it's just another part of pregnancy? This feeling is very reminiscent of how I'm guessing most of us felt between years 13-15 😅 but safety in numbers I suppose, if anyone feels the same and want to chat I'm more than happy to discuss!
