First time being pregnant, I don't know which way is up

Hi! Brisbane mum, (also just posted this in the august mum group as expected date is 1st Sept), is anyone else finding pregnancy symptoms intimidating or scary? I feel like I had a vague idea before falling pregnant and now that I am it's just off the charts and has very much caught me off guard. If anyone else is having a similar experience and wants to chat I'm more than happy to talk with you, safety in numbers I suppose 💕

Hi gabby,
First of all congratulations. Totally feel you on the symptoms side of things. Reading them is one thing and then all of a sudden they are all happening at once. I was surprised how early they all kicked in. Hope your holding in there x

I think our emotions are in overdrive. It’s overwhelming at times.

Hey that’s exciting about your scan! I hope it brings you some peace of mind. I have my first scan this week too. I am really excited and totally nervous about it too.
I am constantly afraid I am going to loose this little ball of cells. I am already so attached to them and can’t help imagining their future
